When scheduling your appointment, we will send you a COVID-19 screening and consent form to fill in. If you, or anyone you are living with, has currently traveled or feel under the weather, we will not be able to schedule your appointment for 14 days from when you traveled or started feeling ill. If none of these questions apply, we will be more than happy to move forward with booking your appointment. We kindly ask you to bring your own mask that hooks around the ears (no scarfs). We have a limited supply of masks available at the spa.

There have been a few changes since our last email, and we are happy to announce we have purchased HEPA AIR CLEANERS with ULTRAVIOLET LAMPS and CATALYTIC FILTERS because there is nothing more important than the health of our team members and our clients. Now our air is cleaner than ever!

A COVID-19 screening and consent form must be completed upon your arrival for your appointment. Forms are available on-site or digitally.

Anyone entering the clinic must wear a facial mask

Clients are asked to wait for staff to open and close doors for them

Your temperature will be taken and recorded for contact tracing

We are only accommodating one client at any given time. Clients are requested to enter the spa unaccompanied.

Please use hand sanitizer provided by the spa upon arrival

Refreshments will be suspended until further notice.

Any physical contact will only be treatment-related. In all other situations, physical distancing measures will be observed

Please cancel your appointment if you're unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19. Cancellations will not be subject to a regular cancellation fee. No show will be subject to our regular spa policy.

Cleaning and Social Distancing

The aesthetician/practitioner will wear a face mask and face shield during all services.

Staff will wash their hands after every client and throughout the day.

Staff will have their temperature taken when they arrive to work and complete a COVID-19 screening for contact tracing purposes.

All bed sheets are replaced after each client.

All tools used for each client will be sterilized.

Staff members will socially distance from one another as work permits.

A schedule is in place for cleaning all doorknobs and other high-touch areas and after each client.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic.

We use the recommended cleaning tools and products throughout the clinic to ensure proper sanitation.

Plexiglass screens are placed on the reception desk.

We are working with reduced staffing.

The wash sink will be cleaned after each client.

Magazines or tablets are not available until further notice.

PUR Hepa UVC PCO Air Purifiers are running throughout the clinic to promote clean air.

Doors will be left open whenever possible to reduce physical contact.
