Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for every client, all appointments require a booking fee of $50. The booking fee is credited to your treatment when you attend your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, the booking fee is not refunded. Full disclosure allows our practitioners to tailor treatments safely. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment and arriving well hydrated.
