All service sales are final. Once a treatment has been completed, refunds cannot be issued due to dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes may vary from individual to individual. In the rare event that you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us within seven days so we can review your experience and determine the appropriate next steps.
 

For health and safety reasons, unopened and opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
