Please note that the spa requires a credit card number on file upon booking any treatment and with this you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Any specials offered may not be combined with any other package or special.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to a $50.00 fee. No shows are subject to pay the full treatment fee.

Gift Certificates

No refund on gift certificates. Gift certificates will be canceled for on-day cancellations and no-shows.

Arrival Time

To make the most of your therapy, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

In the event that you are running late, we will do our best to give you your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterward.

Preparing for your Treatment

For the ladies, no preparation is necessary. 

For the gentlemen, we recommend shaving 1 day prior to having a facial, for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin.

Your Comfort

Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a spa is a very individual experience.

Please let your therapist know if there is any way that they can improve your treatment or comfort – for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, sound or lighting levels.

Our spa is NOT a nut, fruit, vegetable, herb, metal or aromatherapy free environment. The products we use here may contain or have come in contact with nuts, fruits, vegetables, herbs, or metals. There are no guarantees that you will not come into contact with nuts, fruit, vegetables, herbs, metals, aromatherapy scents, or oils.
