Booking policy: To reserve your appointment, a 50 deposit is required at booking. This amount is credited toward your treatment or product purchase on the day of your visit. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for every client, all appointments require a 50 booking fee. The 50 booking fee is credited to your treatment when you attend your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, the booking fee is not refunded. We kindly request that all clients disclose any existing health conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or medications prior to treatment. This includes prescription medication, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any changes to your health since your last visit. Full disclosure allows our practitioners to tailor treatments safely. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment and arriving well hydrated. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, please let our team know so we can guide you to the safest options.
