Cancellation Policy
If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 may be applied. We kindly request that all clients disclose any existing health conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or medications they are currently taking prior to treatment. This includes prescription medication, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any changes to your health since your last visit. Full disclosure allows our practitioners to tailor treatments safely. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment and arriving well hydrated. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, please let our team know so we can guide you to the safest options.
