During this complimentary consultation, we will assess your goals, skin type and lifestyle to recommend the most effective treatments and products tailored to your needs. Please note: To secure your appointment time, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is fully credited toward your treatment or product purchase on the day of your visit. Missed or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for every client, all appointments require a 50 booking fee. The 50 booking fee is credited to your treatment when you attend your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, the booking fee is not refunded. We kindly request that all clients disclose any existing health conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or medications prior to treatment. This includes prescription medication, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any changes to your health since your last visit. Full disclosure allows our practitioners to tailor treatments safely. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment and arriving well hydrated. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, please let our team know so we can guide you to the safest options. Your comfort and care are our priority and our team is always available to answer questions before or after your visit.
