During this complimentary consultation, we will assess your goals, skin type and lifestyle to recommend the most effective treatments and products tailored to your needs. To reserve your complimentary consultation, a $50 deposit is required. This amount is fully applied toward your first treatment should you choose to proceed with our services. If, after your consultation, you decide not to move forward, the deposit will be refunded in full. This policy allows us to protect appointment availability while ensuring you have the time and space to make the right decision for your care. Consultations are unhurried and designed to ensure you feel informed and confident in your choices. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment, and we are happy to answer questions and discuss options so you can decide what feels right for you.
Cancellation Policy
If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 may be applied. We kindly request that all clients disclose any existing health conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or medications they are currently taking prior to treatment. This includes prescription medication, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any changes to your health since your last visit. Full disclosure allows our practitioners to tailor treatments safely. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment and arriving well hydrated. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, please let our team know so we can guide you to the safest options. Your comfort and care are our priority and our team is always available to answer questions before or after your visit.
