Your skin is unique, so your facial should be too. Each appointment begins with a professional skin consultation to understand your skin type, condition, and goals. From there, your treatment is fully customized using targeted techniques, bespoke masks, and Jo’s exclusive skincare line, designed to restore balance, clarity, and radiance. This personalized approach ensures that every facial addresses your specific concerns, whether it’s hydration, sensitivity, or revitalization. Please allow up to 90 minutes for consultation and treatment. A $50 booking fee applies to every appointment and is added back to your account as a credit for your upcoming treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for every client, all appointments require a 50 booking fee. The 50 booking fee is credited to your treatment when you attend your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, the booking fee is not refunded. We kindly request that all clients disclose any existing health conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or medications prior to treatment. This includes prescription medication, over-the-counter products, supplements, and any changes to your health since your last visit. Full disclosure allows our practitioners to tailor treatments safely. For optimal results, we recommend avoiding alcohol for 48 hours before your appointment and arriving well hydrated. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, please let our team know so we can guide you to the safest options. Your comfort and care are our priority and our team is always available to answer questions before or after your visit.
